Do you (parent/guardian) live in the district and have a child that will be 5 years old on or before October 1st? In-district kindergarten registration is February 22 - February 28.
To complete your registration, you will need to upload the following items:
Proof of residency in District 12 (warranty deed, closing contract, or a current signed rental agreement with a current utility bill, etc.)
Child’s birth certificate
Most recent immunization record
Special Education documents, if applicable
(Example: IEP or 504 if not on file with CMSD 12)
*Student registrations will not be processed if any required documents are missing.*
Confirmation of school placement will be sent via mail or email by March 31, 2026.
