portrait of a graduate

What should it mean to be a Cheyenne Mountain graduate? What knowledge, skills, and character traits should our students carry with them into the world?

Cheyenne Mountain School District 12 is inviting all community members to participate in shaping the future through our Attributes of a Graduate initiative. This districtwide effort seeks to define the core qualities that will guide teaching, learning, and student growth for years to come.

Throughout the fall, we’re gathering community input through surveys, focus groups, and open public forums. The next step in this process is a series of public meetings, where families and community members can share their perspectives.

Public Meeting Schedule:

  • Thursday, October 30, 2025 – Pinon Valley Elementary School, 6205 Farthing Drive

  • Thursday, November 6, 2025 – CMSD12 Administration Building, 1775 LaClede Street

  • Thursday, November 13, 2025 – Gold Camp Elementary School, 1805 Preserve Drive

All meetings will take place from 6:00–7:30 p.m.

Your voice matters. The insights shared during these sessions will directly inform our final Attributes of a Graduate, to be presented to the Board of Education in Spring 2026.
