CMSD12's Online Annual Update is now available. Annual Update enables you to review and request changes to the data we currently have for your student(s) and household. You will also be able to electronically approve/disapprove required back-to-school information. Only one parent/guardian in the household will need to complete this process. Your student's school may have other site-specific forms that you will be asked to complete at a later date.
If your student is new to the district this year, this process will be familiar. You will still need to verify the data, change date fields to the current date, and submit the update.
Please login to the Parent Portal to complete the Annual Update no later than August 16th. If you do not have a Parent Portal account, email help@cmsd12.org to request your login credentials.
