Gold Camp Elementary School is in Cheyenne Mountain School District #12, a district well known for its tradition of excellence.  Gold Camp is the newest of the 5 elementary schools, having been built fourteen years ago. It is located in the foothills at the base of Pikes Peak and is surrounded by pine trees, mountain mahogany, and scrub oak.

We serve students who live in the northwest part of our school district. We have a morning and full-day class of kindergarten children. Our school goes up to the sixth grade. We have three classes at each grade level and currently have about 462 students attending our school.  We have received a rating of excellent from the Colorado Department of Education for the last several years.
